Sparkle is a professional with 15+ years of human resource management experience, the last 10 years have been in the public/private school arena. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Recourses Management from High Point University. There in college she discovered her passion for Human Resources Management and was often called THE QUEEN of HR. As an adult learner, she was able to manage her family obligations and obtain a numerous awards including the Dean’s List over her college career. It helped her understand the importance of effective leadership and employee management.
In June 2022, Sparkle founded Opportunity Staffing Solutions (OPPSS) to provide back-office services, including payroll and invoice calculations, collections, compliance and more to small business owners. She aims to create strategic partnerships to provide a comprehensive HR department or can assist existing HR staff. At (OPPSS) they offer not only temporary and direct hire candidates, but also provide W-2 processing, including processing, printing, and distribution. As an additional service, she also offers employee handbooks, policy manuals, performance maintenance plans, training workshops, etc. Opportunity Staffing Solutions creates a talent strategy that will engage the modern diverse workforce.
